Record notification results from the unified backend sender, configuration tests, and the built-in JS/Python helpers used by scripts and QLAPI.notify. Display system/script source, script filename and task ID in the administrator notification log tab.
Each configured channel reports its actual success/failure through the existing mTLS gRPC service. A bounded shared database sink keeps the newest 200 entries; missing certificates, older/offline panels and write failures do not change delivery results. Custom scripts calling third-party HTTP/SMTP directly need to adopt the built-in helpers to report logs.
Validation: backend/frontend builds; database retention and failure tests; JS SMTP/HTTP/multi-channel/multi-recipient tests; actual JS and Python mTLS RPC with SMTP success/failure and offline reporting; full regression suite with resource-sensitive cases rechecked serially. Coverage and limits are documented in docs/development/notification-audit.md.
