(This is me trying out GitHub sub-issues, but I thought it was relevant).

Keeping the Starbuck active is a bad idea, and so is keeping the console always on. It seems the only options would be figuring out how to emulate the GmaePad or a Wii Remote (both of which are difficult), or a setup where another device physically presses the power button on the console, or a full out hardmod to the console.
