CEC Enabled breaks CEC across devices/Can't disable CEC in settings

Hello!

I love what this project has been doing with getting CEC working on the Wii U. It's really freaking cool!

One thing I wanted to report that I've noticed on my TV (Denon AVR going into an LG TV) is that when the feature is enabled, the rest of the CEC chain (other CEC devices) seem to stop working entirely. I'll go to disable the CEC feature in the plugin, but when I restart the console it's set to true again and my CEC devices are still broken. I usually wind up having to totally disable Ristretto and unplug/replug my hdmi devices in order to get things running again. Thought I'd report this just in case it helps!

Is CEC enabled in that one XML file in storage_slc? (I can't remember the exact one off the top of my head)
