Replace current zip extraction logic with Symfony ZipArchive class

Implemented the `ZipArchive` class for profile extraction in `NewCommand.php`, as specified by the TODO comment.
- Added `use ZipArchive;` import.
- Updated `extractProfile` method to use `ZipArchive::extractTo`.
- Ensured extraction path is created before extraction.
- Correctly set `$extractionSucceeded` for subsequent logic.
