Adds UpSit, a local-first posture-tracking desktop app (Windows/macOS/Linux).
Why it's a fit for this list: it scores sitting posture in real time from the webcam using an on-device MediaPipe pose-detection model, stores session history and daily trend data in a local SQLite file, and shows dashboards/streaks/history over time — the quantified-self loop applied to posture. No frame or landmark ever leaves the device, and the project is open source (MIT).
