This implements #172.

When GIF is selected as the export format, the editor window now shows an estimated GIF file size next to the Convert button, so you can tell how large the output will be before exporting. The estimate updates as the relevant export options change.

- Implement gif-size-estimator utility that samples up to 2 seconds of video
- Add IPC handlers for GIF size estimation and cancellation
- Create useGifSizeEstimate hook with debouncing and cancellation
- Display estimated GIF size near Convert button when GIF format is selected
- Estimation updates automatically when editor options change
