Copy the Russian CloudTips donation block and original SBP QR PNG from xPROMSx/3x-ui-auto-nginx commit 00fa89b9c17e4fac9575fe2e9fcb6f9bafb0a22e. CloudTips is the primary option; both Tribute links remain as backups.
Only docs/SUPPORT.md and assets/support/cloudtips-sbp.png change. The rest of the Russian page, including cryptocurrency addresses and warnings, is byte-identical. Production code and other languages are untouched.
Validation: exact source block; QR width 240; PNG 1414 bytes with Git blob 7c765d8ff5fb5fe3a628bd6080a27e87cb924893; exact link targets; two-file scope; public author/committer identity; git diff/show checks passed. No dependencies or test changes.
