Office PDF Export is a free add-in for Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel that converts your documents to PDF — with custom text watermarks and an optional "scanned" mode that produces non-editable PDFs.
Unlike online PDF converters, everything runs locally on your own computer, inside Microsoft Office. Your documents are never uploaded to any server.
Most online converters (SmallPDF, iLovePDF, and similar) require you to upload your documents to their servers before processing. This add-in does not.

- Restart Word / PowerPoint / Excel after installation
- A "Office PDF Export" tab will appear in the ribbon
- Open a Word document, PowerPoint presentation, or Excel workbook
- Click the "Office PDF Export" tab in the ribbon
- Quick Export: click "Quick Export" to generate a plain PDF directly
- Preview & Export: click "Preview & Export" to open the preview window
- Configure the watermark (text, font, color, opacity, angle, layout)
- Check "Scanned PDF" for non-editable output
- Click "Export PDF" to generate the file
- In Windows Explorer, right-click any

- Choose Quick Export to PDF for a plain PDF, or Export with Watermark to configure the watermark first
- Pick the output location in the system's Save As dialog
- Control Panel → Programs and Features → find "Office PDF Export" → Uninstall
- Start Menu → Office PDF Export → "Uninstall Office PDF Export"
All COM registrations and registry entries are removed automatically. Restart Office after uninstalling.
