Add enterprise-blockchain: TypeScript reference implementation

Hi,

I'm the author and maintainer of ⭐ enterprise-blockchain, and I'd like to propose adding it to the Implementation of Blockchain section under TypeScript.

It's a reference implementation focused on enterprise blockchain use cases, featuring:

• NIST FIPS 203/204 post-quantum cryptography (ML-KEM, ML-DSA)
• MPC with additive secret sharing and Shamir threshold schemes
• HSM integration patterns
• Protocol adapters for Hyperledger Fabric, Besu, and Corda
• Clean hexagonal architecture with four realistic business case studies
