Add new logo and update references in layout and header components

- Added new SVG logo file `logo-tm.svg` to the public directory.
- Added new PNG preview image `preview-tm.png` to the public directory.
- Updated sitemap to reflect new last modified date for the PDF.
- Updated layout component to use the new logo and preview images.
- Updated mission page to display the new preview image.
- Updated header component to use the new logo instead of the old icon.
