What / 改动内容

Adds external_plugins/getmydata/ — a standard (non-UI) plugin that lets the assistant collect public web data and hand back the original JSON records plus a fields.json schema.

• What user problem it solves: a task needs many records from public sites (price comparisons, public company directories, event calendars, book catalogs, open datasets) and browsing them by hand is impractical. GetMyData returns a bounded free sample first, then one fixed quote for an agreed row count that the person pays once. No signup, no subscription.
• Components: remote streamable-HTTP MCP server (https://getmydata.io/mcp, 16 tools: request → sample → quote → order → delivery) plus one skill that owns the intake rules, the authorization boundary, the one-time email-code step, the asynchronous wait policy, and the FAQ/refund wording.
• Visible behavior and how it was tested: verified the live endpoint with JSON-RPC initialize (server getmydata 1.3.0, protocol 2025-03-26, tools capability) and tools/list (16 tools, names match skills/getmydata/SKILL.md §5). Not yet exercised inside a ZCode session: no ZCode client was available on the authoring machine, so the end-to-end run is untested and reviewed on request.
• Dependencies / network / permissions: HTTPS to https://getmydata.io only; no local process, binary or npm package; no API key and no credentials of any kind; no file writes by the plugin. A submitted request starts sampling on the service; collection and payment happen only after the person confirms the quote through a private link, and every result is emailed to the verified address. Documented in both READMEs.
• Licensing / provenance: service and skill content by GetMyData (https://getmydata.io), plugin source mirrors https://github.com/getmydata-io/getmydata-agent (Apache-2.0).
