Summary / 改动内容

Adds Agent Teams（智能体团队）0.5.5-rc.1, a release candidate for review and runtime acceptance. The plugin gives a Lead named teammate sessions, a shared task board, member messaging, and an MCP Apps panel. Registration is limited to external_plugins/agent-team/, assets/agent-team/icon.png, and the matching marketplace.json entry (developer-tools, EN/zh-CN).

The current candidate fixes two user-visible failures: creation/recovery could launch or dispose a teammate incorrectly, and a Lead waiting for a teammate received only a wake-up signal while the actual result remained queued until a later hook.

• wait_agent returns pending Lead messages, including results from idle members; coordinator and proxy share durable receipts with inbox hooks. Responses are batched by encoded byte size. Partial receipt-write failure returns the result with a warning instead of losing its text.
• The first spawn now supplies the complete on-demand collaboration guidance: create a shared task before delegated work, claim it, report completion, and record independent Lead acceptance. This is agent guidance, not a new hard runtime task gate.
• Recovery preserves creation identity and confirmation budgets, avoids duplicate startup when receipts are missing, and fences stale coordinator operations after lock loss. Model selection continues to follow the Lead each turn; official coding-plan credentials cannot be inherited by CLI teammates and produce an explicit solo fallback.
• EN/Chinese READMEs, /team, coordination skill, manifests and catalog are synchronized to 0.5.5-rc.1.

Evidence / 验证

• Before: wait_agent could return only {timedOut:false} while the member result was still pending; the Lead repeated requests or used intermediate files. After: regression tests cover pending and in-flight results, idle members, concurrent proxy/coordinator consumption, hook deduplication, cancellation/isolation, byte-limited batches, and partial receipt failure.

• Source: immutable commit 04c8e2697e4678ff9b5894a04f86e80899f556f6. All 32 submitted plugin files match the frozen candidate's per-file SHA-256 fingerprint. The locally retained standalone ZIP has SHA-256 c15e633fb98163f63bcc851fadfc2dc8694318a5cab96a6cca41df1015062196; deterministic double-pack and ZIP CRC checks passed. The marketplace build uses its own ZIP layout/timestamp policy, so its ZIP hash is reported separately.

• Source acceptance run: env -u NO_COLOR npm test -- --retry 1 --hookTimeout 30000 — 964/964 tests, 75/75 files. An initial default-budget run had timing/resource failures; the three affected files passed an isolated 76-test recheck before the final full run. The reported final command permits one retry and a 30-second setup budget.

• Native ZCode CLI 0.17.1 accepted the update from 0.5.4 to 0.5.5-rc.1; all 32 installed cache files match the candidate fingerprint. Installation acceptance does not establish the new model-driven workflow's E2E result.

• Outstanding: after restarting ZCode, the owner will run this candidate's E2E in a new non-project session. Verify task creation/claim/completion and Lead acceptance, immediate result visibility before the Stop hook, and follow-up reuse of the same member. See the acceptance steps.

• Marketplace checks on the updated branch: pnpm install --frozen-lockfile with pinned pnpm 10.33.2 completed; python3 scripts/validate.py passed for 53 plugins; native zcode plugins validate external_plugins/agent-team --json returned ok:true; git diff --check passed. The branch is based on latest main 0cc58d6.

• Official marketplace build_zip + build_index_entry produced the agent-team artifact successfully: 32 files, all matching the source fingerprint, CRC valid, identical on a second pack. Marketplace ZIP SHA-256: ac189a8128dc28daa0b783b162baaf34c9f4ec3ffa7de4af536c3b9b7f17dc84.

• Full-market build limitation: pnpm build stops at the unchanged photocraft plugin because rustup is unavailable. Consequently python3 scripts/build_dist.py also stops at photocraft: incomplete build. These full-market commands are not reported as passing; no unrelated plugin or toolchain change is included.

Dependencies, permissions and provenance

MIT plugin; bundled MCP SDK and other dependencies are declared in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md. Readable runtime/*.mjs files are built from the linked source repository. Requires Node ≥22 and the host-bundled ZCode CLI. The daemon uses stdio; the optional companion page listens on loopback only. Teammate model requests use the Lead's configured provider. Plugin data and documented host task-index integration are described in both READMEs; host model configuration is inspected without exposing API keys. This candidate adds no external service or user configuration surface.

Door: two-way for repository changes; revert this PR to remove the addition. Published versions remain immutable and installed copies require explicit update/reinstallation.

本版要点：leadMode 三档化——auto（新默认，按需委派：未建队=普通单 agent，建队后按委派价值判断）/ always（原主动编排）/ off（完全关闭：不注入、0 团队工具）；旧值统一迁移 auto；三通道（hook 注入/工具描述/skill）同步。目录结构仍为 runtime/（非 dist/），README 双语与申报章节齐备，validate.py 53 插件全过。
