Search match highlight text color in panel not legible with dark theme

I'm using flatpak zeal 0.9.0 in Linux Mint 22.3 Cinnamon.

The searching the docs, I can't read the search match highlighted text colour (dark blue) that appears as I type. Here is what it looks like when I search for "spell":

The selected row is fine: light blue with white font. It's the rest of the rows in the listbox.

There was a change in v0.9.0 for this: d9f7469.

yes, the workaround for #1922 caused this.

Is there a way to pick a complementary colour to the text colour in the list? Alternatively, perhaps making it bold, which is not as good as a distinct colour but better than rendering the text illegible?
