The current star history chart is broken because the upstream GitHub stargazer API no longer works without an API token. Switch the chart (and its wrapping link) in README.md and README.zh-CN.md to the star-history.dera.page mirror, which serves the SVG directly on the same domain.

The star history chart is currently broken because it relies on the upstream GitHub stargazer API, which now requires an API token and no longer renders correctly. This PR migrates the chart image and its wrapping link in README.md and README.zh-CN.md to the star-history.dera.page mirror, which serves the SVG directly on the same domain without any API token.
