Zotero inserted RTF won't change with Word style changes

Steps to reproduce:

1. Insert a regular Word footnote and type some text
2. Insert a Chicago footnote style citation with Zotero, make sure some RTF text is inserted, such as the italicized publication name
3. Change the footnote style font

Note that the regular footnote font has changed, but the citation did not. This is not a field issue, since if you select the field text and apply the "clear formatting" style, the field font will change afterwards along with the change in the style of surrounding text.
